Stone Residence
About
Stone Residence offers 22 single room occupancy units located in a three-story structure providing a comfortable home like environment. Men and women reside in Stone Residence permanently as they develop the necessary skills and support systems to be self-sufficient. Supportive services are available to residents. Services include assistance with connecting to behavioral health treatment and obtaining employment, entitlements, living and coping skills.
These skills, services, and supports empower residents so they experience housing stability and an improved quality of life.

Admission Criteria
- 18 years of age or older
- Chronic homeless in the City of Fall River for a period of one year or has experience three or more incidents of homelessness in the last four years
- Diagnosed with co-occurring (substance abuse and mental health) or co-existing (substance abuse and HIV/AIDS) disorders
- Must meet HUD’s income guidelines
- Willing to authorize a CORI check, CORI report must be without warrants
- Medically and psychologically stabilized
